VIDA Y OBRA DE FRIDA KAHLO
Immersive audiovisual exhibition "Vida y obra de Frida Kahlo"
The Frida Kahlo Immersive Exhibition, an event that commemorated the figure of the renowned Mexican painter through a unique exhibition. Featuring more than one hundred works, including plastic, literary and photographic pieces, this immersive show provided a renewed perspective on the art and life of Frida Kahlo. It will be held at Teatro Instante in Madrid between December 2021 and May 2022.
The exhibition was a resounding success, with over 200,000 visitors. Crambo Rental’s audiovisual team was instrumental in creating an immersive experience that captivated all attendees.

Audiovisual solutions
The exhibition space housed more than 1,129 m2 of HD projection surface (walls and floors) and 38 state-of-the-art projectors. Crambo Rental provided the following equipment:
- 20 Panasonic PT-RZ990 projectors for floor projection
- 14 Panasonic PT-RQ22K projectors for wall projection
- 4 Panasonic RQ 12 projectors for projection in the totems
- Galileo Galaxi 816 sound system, Meyer Sound Ultra-X20 and 750 LFC subwoofer
- 6 Watchout servers and 6 PCs for signal control and management
LIGHTING
- Lighting effects, strobe Stromix
- Truss Litec QH30SA
This equipment made it possible to create a unique audiovisual experience that transported visitors into Frida Kahlo’s universe. High-definition projections displayed her works, photographs and writings, creating an immersive and sensory atmosphere. Surround sound and special effects contributed to create an immersive and exciting experience.
Crambo Rental is proud to have participated in this exhibition, which has allowed thousands of people to get to know the work of one of the most important artists of the 20th century.
